Founder Fireside with Yukta Kandhari

Welcome to Gildre's Founder Fireside! This event is a casual, intimate gathering where founders come together to share the highs and lows of their entrepreneurial journeys. In this open forum, we invite everyone to connect, reflect, and offer insights on the real-world challenges they face daily, from scaling their businesses, managing teams, and navigating personal growth along with work-life balance.

This is highly engaged, curated event for founders so we have capped the attendance at 12. Please only RSVP if you are able to join.

This event fosters a safe, collaborative space where experienced and emerging founders can discuss their struggles, celebrate their successes, and explore the evolving demands of being a leader. There are no formal presentations, just authentic conversations around what it's really like to be a founder in today’s fast-paced environment.

The Founder Fireside takes place on the 4th floor of Gildre's Virtual HQ in Gatherly, in the "Founder Fireside & Innovation Roundtables" room.

Once you join the event link you can click on the "Elevators" button on the right side under the map to navigate to the 4th floor.

Whether you’re looking for support, new perspectives, or simply a place to unwind with others who understand the journey, Founder Fireside offers the opportunity to speak openly with other founders and gain valuable insights while sharing your story with like-minded entrepreneurs.

We ask that all attendees follow our Gildre Core Values and Principles to allow for value-added conversations and ensuring all founders get the chance to share and contribute if they want to.

Each FF will have some suggested topics and questions to kick-start the discussion and we welcome attendees to discuss freely and lead the conversation. This week's topics are:

- "What's a belief about entrepreneurship you had that completely changed after starting your company?"

- "What's the most embarrassing mistake you made as a founder that you can laugh about now?"

- "Where could you use the most support now and what are you struggling with?"

- "What's a 'crazy' idea that actually worked for your business?"

- "What's a non-business book that has significantly influenced your leadership style?”
